Are Unions Exempt From Government Run Health Care?`
This is from H.R 3200. Does this mean that unions will not be required to participate in the plan that the rest of us are on? Can they still demand in their contracts that they want the company to pay for their healthcare instead of being forced onto the public roles like the rest of us? Leave me your comments and let me know what you think about it.
SEC. 154. CONSTRUCTION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.
- Nothing in this division shall be construed to alter of supercede any statutory or other obligation to engage in collective bargaining over the terms and conditions of employment related to healthcare.

i am reading the HR 3200 bill now and i am wondering why unions, movie stars, professional sportsman are so quiet?
i also want to know why senators, congressmen, judges, wh staff are afraid to tell us which private sector (the people they keep bad mouthing) insurance company(s) is their provider? and if they think this duty to die bill is so good why aren’t they giving up their private sector plans for this piece of

If this indicates unions are exempt from provisions of the health care bill as it is now written, that would explain why so many union members are being used to prop up Obama\\\’s supporters at town hall meetings.
Union members have no real stake in this issue.

yes, you read that correctly. Unions will be exempt, unless they leave their union job and get a non union job…then they WILL be forced onto the government run health plan like the rest o us.
